Overview

ATOM-1010-NAI combines a 26 × 26 mm NaI(Tl) scintillation crystal, photomultiplier tube and digital multichannel analyzer in one instrument. Its USB-C interface transfers spectrum data to a computer or compatible Android device over a USB UART serial connection.

Compatible software includes Becqmoni Atom for Windows, ImpulseQt for Windows and Mac, and Atom-Spectra for Android. Spectrum analysis tools include background subtraction and isotope libraries.

A machined, anodized aluminium enclosure houses the detector and electronics, with an LED indicating acquisition. An internal temperature sensor compensates for temperature-related drift. The specified operating temperature range is −20 to +60 °C.

The package includes the spectrometer, USB-C to USB-A cable, USB-C to USB-C cable, instrument case and manual. Contact Nucleolenz to confirm the required crystal configuration and software compatibility.
